Job summary

Allstate Foundation in the United States seeks an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security-focused products that protect enterprise data and enable secure-by-design capabilities.

You will own the lifecycle of critical security tools, leverage AI to optimize workflows, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to drive measurable outcomes, governance, and data protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product scoping, backlog management and Agile delivery for a digital product team.
• At least 1 year coaching and mentoring early PM peers across a broader technology organization.
• Strong understanding of security principles, secure SDLC, and data protection, governance, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to define KPIs/OKRs, make data-driven decisions and plan strategically for long-term product impact.
• Proven experience in Agile product delivery (backlog management, ceremonies, iterative releases).

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, roadmap and success metrics.
• Plan for scalability and future security needs.
• Incorporate AI into workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making.
• Enforce data governance standards, ownership models and policies across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver secure-by-default capabilities in developer workflows.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness and risk reduction.
