Zusammenfassung

Allstate is seeking a Digital Product Manager to execute strategic vision, translate it into tangible outputs, and leverage data to influence the product team. You will operate across architecture, UX, and business discussions to ensure collective success and drive AI-enabled product initiatives.

The role requires hands-on product delivery experience, comfort with agile environments, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience building products.
Extensive track record of execution with Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Machine Learning.
Experience integrating Generative AI into products; Agentic AI is a plus.
Agile Processes: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., iterations, point systems, refinements).
Adaptability: Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity.
Data Literacy: Navigate complex data landscapes, leveraging insights to inform product decisions.
Analytical skills: Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns; SQL and Python a plus.
