Job summary

The role supports security operations across Bally's properties and coordinates with Security Officers on duty to address incidents and guest needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 12+ months of security-related experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must maintain calm under pressure and follow company security policies.
• Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls and requests for security assistance.
• Transmits information via radio to Security Officers on duty to investigate complaints or requests.
• Monitors the location of security personnel on duty.
• Monitor fire alarm system and dispatch Officers to calls for service.
• Generates reports of suspect or unlawful activity or incidents on property.
• Provide assistance and information to Guests and Team Members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Shift Supervisor.
• Must work well under pressure and be able to work in isolation.
