Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Security Dispatcher to receive and relay information quickly and accurately to on-duty Security Officers. You will monitor personnel locations, dispatch to incidents, and generate incident reports while maintaining calm under pressure.

The position requires a high school diploma and security experience, plus a gaming card and driver's license. Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Twelve or more months of relevant security experience.
• Must possess and maintain the Gaming card and a valid driver’s license.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and requests for security assistance.
• Transmit information via radio to Security Officers on duty.
• Monitor location of security personnel on duty.
• Dispatch Officers to calls for service and monitor fire alarms (EAS).
• Prepare and submit incident reports as required.
• Assist guests and team members with information.
