Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Security Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our Security team. You will manage the communications center, coordinate with officers and leadership, and handle emergency responses and guest concerns on a fast-paced casino floor.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a HS diploma or GED and prior dispatch or call center experience preferred. Perks include health benefits, free meals, parking, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in security dispatch or call center preferred

Responsibilities

• Alarm and Surveillance Monitoring: watch panic alarms, surveillance cameras, and fire control systems.
• Communication and Emergency Systems: ensure radios and mass notification systems are functioning; liaise with law enforcement when on-site.
• Record Keeping: maintain real-time records of calls, incidents and officer activity.
• Customer Service and Issue Handling: assist guests and employees; escalate issues to leadership when needed.
