Sentry Force Security LLC in the Hampton Roads area is seeking a dependable Security Dispatcher to act as the central point of contact for security officers, supervisors, management, clients, and emergency services.

The role involves dispatching officers, monitoring radio/phone communications, maintaining logs and incident reports, and coordinating with supervision and clients. This position may require nights, weekends, and varying shifts.

Sentry Force Security is seeking a dependable and professional Security Dispatcher to join our team in the Hampton Roads area. The Security Dispatcher will serve as a central point of communication between security officers, supervisors, management, clients, and emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to radio and telephone communications.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents, calls for service, and assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or related experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn security-related software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.

Preferred Experience

• Security dispatch or command center experience.
• Experience with two-way radios.
• CCTV/video monitoring experience.
• Alarm monitoring or access control experience.
• Experience working in a security operations center or control room.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions may be available. Various shifts, including overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
