Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is hiring Security Dispatchers to join our Operations Center supporting LBWL. You will monitor security systems, coordinate emergency responses, and act as the primary contact for security inquiries across multiple agencies.

Qualified candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to work afternoon, evening, or night shifts. Prior security or public safety experience is a plus; we offer comprehensive training and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate computer skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office, Email, Internet.
• Must pass a drug screen at time of hire and randomly thereafter (including marijuana).
• Must not have felonies; per state guidelines.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk 8–12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs; CPR/First Aid/AED certified or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency information and requests.
• Initiate emergency response and coordinate with law enforcement, dispatchers, and other agencies.
• Monitor security systems and cameras; provide after-hours support and communications.
• Draft and send emergency response communications and after-action reports.
• Serve as a central point of contact for agency security inquiries and requests.
