Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino seeks a Security Officer to execute assigned shift duties, ensuring safety of guests, Team Members, and property. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor CAD dispatch, and document incidents with precise reports.

The role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate surveillance gear and company vehicles. Join a team dedicated to high standards of security and guest service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one-year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to type 30 words per minute.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, CAD.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the public and Team Members while delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate dispatch and surveillance equipment and CAD systems.
• Enter accurate data into CAD and generate incident reports.
• Coordinate emergency responses and notify outside agencies as needed.
• Guard transfers of money and gaming tokens; transport cash and chips securely.
• Escort guests and team members to ensure safety and report hazards.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities and events to advise guests accordingly.
• Attend regular department meetings and communicate effectively with management.
