Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Industrial Dispatch Driver in Carmel, IN, to safeguard clients across industries and support a critical utilities location. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms, and ensure timely responses to security incidents while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes dispatch duties, shift logging, and adherence to site policies, with a schedule of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM on weekdays and weekends as listed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility operations location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, access activity, and operational notifications; document and report incidents per procedures.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with site contacts and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support continuity of operations.
