Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Coordinator in Miami, FL. You will coordinate communications, monitor calls, and dispatch personnel to support security-related needs at a commercial real estate location. You will maintain logs and provide exceptional customer service while promoting a welcoming environment.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour. Schedule runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a focus on safety, responsiveness, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls for service, maintenance concerns, alarms, and other incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor radio, telephone, camera, alarm, and access-control communications; maintain accurate activity logs, incident records, and dispatch reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications with onsite personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Support regular and random patrol activity around buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations by communicating observations and directing responding personnel.
