Connecticut Children's Hartford campus is seeking a Security Communications Program Manager to oversee the Security Dispatch Communications Center, lead the design and implementation of communication workflows, staff training, and standard operating procedures to promote a safe environment for patients, families and team members.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in or supervising a dispatch or security communications role.
• License: Valid Driver’s License required.
• Knowledge: CAD/RMS, Avigilon, Lenel and related security technologies.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling for the Security Dispatch Communications Center to ensure coverage.
• Lead training programs on communication processes and equipment.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Serve as liaison with external agencies for incident response.
• Coordinate incident reporting and performance metrics.
