Job summary

SeaWorld Orlando is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to join the Security Dispatch team on a part-time basis. You will answer calls for park information, disseminate emergency information to staff, monitor alarms, and coordinate with Security Management to ensure guest services and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, possess CPR certification, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license preferred.
• CPR training/certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information and staff/guest inquiries.
• Disseminate park and emergency information to appropriate employees.
• Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide.
• Coordinate with Security Management Team to support guest services and safety goals.
• Assist with emergency procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
