Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a seasoned Security Director to implement and oversee the organization’s security strategy across facilities. The role involves coordinating with state regulators and law enforcement, guiding daily security operations, and ensuring safety for all staff and visitors at the Grand Prairie location.

The candidate will manage budgets, supervise security personnel, and lead incident response with strong communication and leadership skills in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in law enforcement, military security or other protective service work required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Advanced knowledge of fire prevention, safety, and security operations.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Ability to set strategy and drive process improvement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under high-pressure conditions.
• English language proficiency; bilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with TXRC, TCPS and Department of Public Safety.
• Interact with city government on safety and security issues.
• Direct and oversee daily Security Department operations.
• Oversee Parking Department operations.
• Manage staff and disciplinary actions as required.
• Prepare budgets and staffing projections.
• Provide staff training and ensure SOP compliance.
• Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Maintain detailed records and reports.
