Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated security professional to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and employees. You will patrol the campus, monitor CCTV, manage visitor access, and respond to emergencies in collaboration with nursing staff and local authorities.

The role requires 1–3 years of security experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and decision-making abilities to handle difficult situations and ensure safety across the facility.

Qualifications

• One to three years security experience required.
• HS diploma / GED required.
• Ability to communicate well with both patients and staff.
• Ability to take charge in difficult situations and have good decision making skills.
• Knowledge of safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor all visitors entering and leaving campus via the Visitor App and CCTV coverage.
• Conduct security patrols throughout campus and oversee safety procedures.
• Assist nursing supervisor on scheduled shift and respond to patient disturbances.
• Assist police officers when called to campus and oversee removal of patients for violations.
• Conduct fire drills and report deficiencies to Security Director.
