Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Good reading, writing and verbal skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Experience with homeless population and crisis intervention preferred.
• CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor building entrance and patrol premises; enter data into log book and answer phones.
• Perform light clerical work and filing.
• Communicate with residents regarding passes for visitors and sign up sheets for activities.
• Note incidents in log book and email daily/nightly reports to staff.
• Attend quarterly staff meetings and staff trainings.
• Interface with EMS, police, and hospitals.
• Learn fire response system and obtain Certificate of Fitness from FDNY.
• Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed.
• Related duties as assigned.
