Anthropic is seeking a DCSE engineer responsible for ownership of hardware inventory and chain of custody across data centers. You will define data models, build pipelines and tools to verify custody, and ensure secure, auditable records that support automated reviews.

The role collaborates with compute, data center operations, and hardware vendors. Based in San Francisco with remote applicants in the US considered, travel to sites is required.

Responsabilités

• Hardware inventory and chain of custody: own the component-level record of what hardware exists, where it is and who has handled it.
• Tools, automation and AI agents: build tools and agents for reconciliation, audits and custody checks.
• Custody workflows and field software: capture custody events and enforce who may record them.
• Continuous control monitoring and posture: turn check outcomes into site-level measures against frameworks.
