Anthropic is seeking a Security Data Center Site Engineering (DCSE) Engineer to own custody workflows, data pipelines and security monitoring across data center sites. You’ll design schemas, interfaces, and the tools that enforce custody events, data integrity and auditability in a large-scale environment.

Based in San Francisco with US remote options, you’ll collaborate with data center operators, hardware vendors and engineering teams to ensure continuous control and posture calculations align

• Designed and ran production data systems with schemas, change data capture and pipelines.
• 2) Integrated with external systems and built durable data models across sources.
• 3) Shipped software that runs on hosts/edge devices and built decision metrics.
• 4) Worked with data about physical assets, assets custody or security controls.
• 5) Read and reviewed code, using AI coding agents with Git and code reviews.
• 6) Owned a domain end-to-end with teams and vendors and maintained usability.
• 7) Wrote SQL and at least one general-purpose language proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Own hardware inventory and custody workflows across data centers.
• Build and maintain tools, AI agents, reconciliation and evidence exports.
• Develop custody workflows and field software to capture custody events.
• Turn check outcomes and findings into per-site/posture measures.
• Create data quality checks, retention controls and alerts.
• Define schemas and interfaces for security monitoring and reporting.
