Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring licensed unarmed security officers for distribution warehouses and residential communities in Florida. Positions are full-time and require a Florida Security D license, a valid Florida driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Candidates should have at least one year of security experience and be ready to start ASAP. Salary is $17 per hour with benefits including 401(k), medical/vision/dental, short-term disability, life insurance, paid training, paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida Security D License.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Physical ability to perform security duties (crawling, kneeling, standing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol interior/exterior perimeters to identify risks.
• Enforce company rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by operations.
