Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a front desk officer in Frisco, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold security protocols. You’ll greet visitors, manage access, and monitor premises to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires a valid License 2, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Evening, weekend shifts and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid License 2.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (50+ lbs lift, patrols, stairs, weather).

Responsibilities

• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have a valid License 2
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
