Marksman Security Corporation is seeking Licensed Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team in the Tampa area, covering distribution warehouses, residential communities, and patrol posts.

The role requires a Florida D license, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of security experience. You will monitor cameras, greet guests, and enforce rules while enjoying competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid FL Security D License.
• Valid FL Driver's License.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Position requires occasional physical activity (crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, standing, walking).

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.
• Other duties to be determined by operations.

Requirements:

• FL Security D License
• Valid FL Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Need to Hire ASAP!!!!

Shift Schedules:

• Full Time
• Wednesday-Sunday 10pm-6am
• Must have one year "prior" security background

$17/ hr.
