Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Senior Security Control Assessor (SCA) to conduct comprehensive security control assessments across IS environments, including SAP/SCI/Collateral domains. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, and readiness for a polygraph.

Candidates should have ISSO/ISSM background and participate in RMF-based activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in SAP, SCI or Collateral IS Security.
• Prior performance in the role of ISSO and ISSM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IS security program policy development, including SAP network integration.
• Assess ISs using RMF methodology per JSIG guidance.
• Advise ISO/IDO/PSO/DAO/AO on assessment and authorization issues.
• Evaluate authorization packages and recommend to AO/DAO.
• Identify threats and vulnerabilities and advise safeguards.
• Determine impact levels for CIA of information systems.
• Prepare SAR and POA&M for authorization boundaries.
• Contribute to security authorization discussions with Government.
