General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Security Control Assessor I to conduct comprehensive assessments of security controls within IS environments, ensuring compliance with RMF, JSIG, and SAP/S CI requirements. The role includes advising government stakeholders and preparing SAR and POA&M documentation.

Formación

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in SAP, SCI or Collateral Information Systems (IS) Security.
• IAT Level 3 certifications or IAM Level 1 within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform oversight of the development, implementation and evaluation of IS security program policy; special emphasis placed upon integration of existing SAP network infrastructure.
• Perform assessment of ISs, based upon the RMF methodology in accordance with the JSIG.
• Advise the ISO, IDO, PSO, and AO/DAO on assessment and authorization issues.
• Evaluate Authorization packages and make recommendations for authorization.
• Evaluate IS threats and vulnerabilities and determine safeguards.
• Advise Government on impact levels for CIA for the information.
• Prepare SARs for the Authorization boundary.
• Initiate POA&Ms for identified weaknesses.
• Assess authorization boundaries based on SAR findings.
• Provide written recommendations for security authorization to Government.
• Discuss recommendations for authorization and submit the package to AO/DAO.
