Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve processes, decision-making, or problem solving.
• 6+ years of Contracts Management experience in a software or SaaS company.
• Solid understanding of contractual principles for IT and security.
• Experience in in-house legal departments focusing on technology contracts and information security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal legal teams and stakeholders to review and enhance customer contracts with information security considerations.
• Propose standard contractual language aligning with ServiceNow's security policies.
