Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Active Oklahoma CLEET armed guard license required.
• 21+ years of age and valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with recordkeeping ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Contract Operations: coordinate routine activities, confirm post coverage and run operations efficiently.
• Oversee Workforce Scheduling: prepare schedules, arrange coverage for absences, monitor attendance.
• Monitor Labor and Timekeeping: review hours and attendance for accurate reporting.
• Lead and Support Personnel: set expectations, guide team, address performance concerns.
• Maintain Client Relationships: act as primary contact for client representatives and coordinate solutions.
• Conduct Quality Assurance Checks: review post performance and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate Contract Implementation: introduce procedures and communicate assignment requirements.
• Track Equipment and Uniforms: monitor condition and distribution of assets.
• Maintain Operational Records: complete reports and keep records organized.
• Support Compliance Requirements: ensure personnel meet job qualifications and licenses.
