Responsibilities

• Conduct Routine Patrols: Walk assigned areas to identify suspicious activity and entry points needing attention.
• Monitor Security Systems: Observe CCTV feeds, alarms, and access-control systems and report concerns.
• Respond to Incidents: Act appropriately during emergencies, disturbances, or security breaches.
• Follow Use-of-Force Requirements: Exercise restraint when legally justified and per policy.
• Coordinate During Serious Events: Communicate with supervisors and cooperate with authorities.
• Prepare Detailed Reports: Document patrols and incidents clearly and timely.
• Assist Visitors and Employees: Provide courteous help and direct people per site procedures.
• Enforce Property Procedures: Apply rules and access requirements consistently.
• Help Safeguard Sensitive Assets: Maintain awareness of restricted areas and high-value assets.
• Maintain Operational Communication: Use devices and apps to share updates with team.
• Protect Confidential Information: Handle records discreetly and with sound judgment.

Position Overview

Diamond Security USA is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Armed Security Officer to support daily security operations at an assigned Tulsa location. This position requires consistent attention to detail, responsible firearm handling, and the ability to recognize potential risks before they elevate.

The selected officer will conduct foot patrols, observe surveillance systems, respond to unusual activity, and help protect people, property, and sensitive assets. Success in this role depends on sound decision-making, professional communication, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to established procedures and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Routine Patrols: Walk assigned areas to identify suspicious activity, unauthorized access, unsecured entry points, and other conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor Security Systems: Observe CCTV feeds, alarms, and access-control systems to identify unusual activity and report concerns promptly.
• Respond to Incidents: Take appropriate action when encountering emergencies, disturbances, suspicious behavior, or potential security breaches.
• Follow Use-of-Force Requirements: Exercise restraint and use force only when legally justified and consistent with applicable law, training, and company policy.
• Coordinate During Serious Events: Communicate relevant information to supervisors and cooperate with law enforcement or emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare Detailed Reports: Document patrols, incidents, irregularities, observations, and actions taken in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
• Assist Visitors and Employees: Provide courteous assistance, answer routine questions, and direct individuals according to established site procedures.
• Enforce Property Procedures: Apply assigned rules, access requirements, and post orders consistently and professionally.
• Help Safeguard Sensitive Assets: Maintain awareness around designated restricted areas, equipment, and other high-value or confidential assets.
