The role involves coordinating with the Security Operations Center (SOC) before granting access to restricted ITAR/EAR areas and escorting visitors as required.

You will maintain badge logs, NDA acknowledgments, and logs of returns while upholding strict policy compliance and protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience with visitor management and front-desk operations.
• Familiarity with ID verification and badge issuance processes.
• Understanding of confidential information handling and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-lobby visitor control for daily arrivals (visitors, vendors, contractors, customers).
• Verify identity and visit authorization; issue temporary badges; coordinate with SOC before access to restricted areas.
• Maintain visitor logs, NDA acknowledgments, and badge returns; ensure compliance with security policies.
