Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking qualified Access Control Officers to support secure Government facilities and operations. You will manage visitor processing, badge issuance, fingerprinting, and credentialing activities while maintaining strict data protection and security standards.

The role requires TS clearance with polygraph when applicable, experience with security systems, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Training and a competitive salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess active TS clearance with polygraph.
• Must possess TS/SCI with polygraph when required.
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Control access for employees, contractors, visitors, and guests entering restricted areas.
• Verify badges, credentials, and authorization before granting access.
• Prevent unauthorized personnel and items from entering or exiting facilities.
• Maintain surveillance and awareness of access control areas.
• Inspect personnel and items per Post Orders and security requirements.
• Identify and report security incidents through Government channels.
• Provide professional customer service while complying with security protocols.
• Communicate clearly with employees, Government personnel, and security staff.
• Operate independently while coordinating with supervisors and security personnel.
• Adapt to high- and low-volume security environments.
