Job summary

SecTek, Inc in Tysons, VA is seeking a Director of Compliance and Training (Operations) to lead regulatory training programs, licensing compliance, and regional performance initiatives for security personnel. You will design and deliver practical training, track certifications, maintain records, and report compliance status to leadership.

The role combines classroom and field instruction, virtual and in-person delivery, and cross‑regional oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree - Criminal Justice preferred.
First Aid/CPR AED Instructor-Trainer or ability to obtain.
Previous experience in the security field or law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop practical training programs to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory mandated training.
Conduct leadership training to security professionals and supervisors.
Plan, organize, and deliver orientation and training programs.
Present information with various instructional formats (role playing, group discussions, videos, lectures).
Maintain records and documentation of trainings and licensing.
Run and submit compliance reports to the field.
Oversee annual and quarterly training requirements regionally.
Evaluate program effectiveness and solicit feedback.
