Zusammenfassung

SOC LLC seeks an experienced Director of Plans and Training to oversee training programs, certifications, and performance testing for the protective force. The role ensures DOE orders, contract requirements, and annual certifications are met, including semi-annual weapons qualifications and ESS-based exercises.

On-site position in the Washington DC area, requiring U.S. citizenship and security clearance, with a focus on developing training, test plans, and supervisory professional development

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required and extensive law enforcement/security experience.
• Experience advising management on protective force training and plans.
• Proven ability to develop training programs and conduct testing.

Aufgaben

• Maintain an approved training and qualification program per DOE and contract.
• Develop lesson plans, schedules, and maintain records/documentation.
• Plan and conduct force-in-training and leadership training; use ESS.
• Oversee SPO I qualification per DOE 473.3 and 10 CFR 1046 requirements.
• Evaluate personnel to ensure qualified, cleared staff.
