Job summary

Nclusion, Inc. is seeking a Security & Compliance Product Manager to own the strategy and cross-functional execution of the security and compliance roadmap from Palo Alto.

You will partner with Security Engineering, Legal, and IT to align requirements with engineering priorities as we scale. The role emphasizes building scalable governance, translating complex security needs into actionable work, and strengthening the security posture while preserving developer velocity and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent in security/compliance programs.
• Hands-on cybersecurity background with cloud security, identity and access management, vulnerability management or incident response.
• Experience with security certifications/audit programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Ability to translate technical challenges into roadmaps and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the security and compliance roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on risk and business objectives.
• Lead planning and execution of company-wide security and compliance programs, including certifications.
• Translate requirements into engineering priorities and delivery plans with Legal and external auditors.
• Develop scalable security policies, standards, and processes across engineering and business units.
• Improve secure development practices and automation with Security Engineering.
