Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional to lead controls testing and audit readiness initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. You will evaluate ITGCs, application controls, and regulatory controls while aligning architecture with security and compliance requirements.

You will also design IAM controls testing, contribute to GRC programs, and mentor junior staff as part of a broader security practice. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, IT audit, compliance, or GRC consulting with focus on controls testing.
• 5+ years testing ITGCs, application controls, and regulatory controls across major frameworks.
• 5+ years technical architecture experience across cloud and enterprise platforms.
• 5+ years of evidence management and audit artifact preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute controls testing cycles across ITGCs, application, and regulatory controls.
• Develop and support audit readiness programs and remediation roadmaps.
• Perform technical architecture assessments for cloud and on‑prem architectures.
• Oversee IAM controls testing including RBAC, PAM, MFA, and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Contribute to GRC program delivery and prepare audit deliverables and reports.
