Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Security Compliance Operations Specialist to support the IS organization’s governance, risk, and compliance programs in Arlington, VA. The role trains teams on security compliance methodologies, develops processes, and collaborates with stakeholders to strengthen controls and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or 10+ years equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST publications, and CMMC requirements.
• Certifications: Security+, CISSP, CEH, CISA, CRISC, CISM.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PIM / PAM), SSO, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning, data gathering, and presenting findings to management.
• Conduct kickoff, closing, and client meetings; communicate observations.
• Oversee annual certification processes required by SOX and federal guidelines.
• Lead control reviews and contribute to improving control environment.
• Mentor and coach direct reports; build cross-functional relationships.
• Develop and present value-added recommendations to strengthen internal controls.
