Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Security Compliance Operations Specialist to support the IS program, train teams on security methodologies, and continuously improve processes. You will act as a controls expert, work with Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen internal controls and prevent fraud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience (10+ years)
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST publications, and CMMC requirements

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert for audits and compliance
• Prepare and review audit reports for management
• Oversee process to review policy exceptions and standards
• Lead client meetings and present observations
• Assist in annual SOX/compliance certification activities
• Lead control reviews and drive process improvements
• Coach and develop junior staff and cross‑functional teams
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, and security specialists
• Execute service reports and gather data for metrics
• Document changes and lifecycle events
