Job summary

Mirror Inc seeks a Chief of Security for the Reentry Center to supervise security and offender accountability within the Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons contracted residential reentry programs. You will support the site Director with daily operations, provide technical training, and ensure compliance with policies and ACA/COMPLIANCE.

The role requires an undergraduate degree, supervisory experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work varying shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related human services field.
• Experience supervising correctional staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook); basic Excel/Access.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and offender charting.
• Must pass DOJ/BOP background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility security and offender accountability support.
• Supervise RRC program Technician staff.
• Assist in program operations, policy interpretation and reporting.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for the office and facility.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Support ACA/compliance initiatives.
