Job summary

Volunteers of America Chesapeake and Carolinas is seeking an Accountability Supervisor for Residential Re-Entry. You will supervise Smartphone/GPS devices, coordinate with case managers, and ensure compliance with Bureau of Prisons Community Re-entry guidelines.

The role requires monitoring residents 24/7, conducting investigations, and preparing reports. Travel to sites and strong paperwork practices are essential for program success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• Experience with Smartphone/GPS monitoring procedures and incident reports.
• Ability to document and communicate incidents; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Accountability Specialists work schedule and monitor Smartphone/GPS devices.
• Coordinate with case managers to ensure compliance with BOP/ACA guidelines.
• Conduct site visits and verify residents' locations and activities.
• Maintain inventory and documentation in the Secure-Manage system.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and participate in trainings and program reviews.
