Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an experienced professional to lead controls testing and audit readiness across ITGCs, application and regulatory controls. You will deliver architecture assessments for cloud and on‑premise platforms, and drive IAM compliance initiatives.

The role includes mentoring junior staff and partnering with clients to map regulatory requirements to technical controls. Travel may be required; you will interact with clients and auditors, shaping risk and compliance programs

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in cybersecurity, IT audit, compliance, or GRC consulting with 5+ years on controls testing.
• Hands-on testing of ITGCs, application controls, and regulatory controls in multiple frameworks.
• 5+ years of technical architecture across cloud platforms, enterprise apps, data governance and IAM.
• Experience collecting audit evidence and facilitating auditor walkthroughs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years if Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute controls testing cycles across ITGCs, application, and regulatory controls.
• Manage audit readiness programs, remediation roadmaps, and evidence libraries.
• Deliver technical architecture assessments for multi-platform environments.
• Own IAM compliance: RBAC, PAM, MFA enforcement, joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Contribute to integrated risk and compliance programs and vendor risk assessments.
• Prepare high-quality audit workpapers, findings, and management presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and support client relationships; travel as required.
