Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Security Lead to oversee risk assessments, governance, and compliance for federal programs. You will translate cyber risks into business impact and align security goals with mission outcomes.

You will lead security workstreams, manage audits, and mentor analysts, applying NIST, FISMA, SOC 1/2, and FedRAMP/ATO to protect assets and data integrity.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity Frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, or SOC 1/SOC 2.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP and ATO processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with CISOs, Internal Auditors, and technical architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management support for the security workstream, including staffing cyber resources and budgeting for security software.
• Execute cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, or SOC 1/SOC 2 within an ERP environment.
• Oversee FedRAMP and ATO processes.
• Facilitate the audit lifecycle and manage evidence collection.
• Monitor and report security posture through executive dashboards on risk exposure and audit-readiness.
• Provide strategic input on cybersecurity tools, IAM, and encryption standards.
• Translate vulnerabilities into business-risk impact statements for leadership.
• Align cybersecurity goals with business objectives to support productivity and system performance.
• Mentor and develop security analysts.
