TEKsystems Milwaukee is seeking a mid-level Security Compliance Analyst to join our client’s cybersecurity governance team. The role emphasizes regulatory adherence, control validation, and audit readiness to support secure, compliant operations.

Candidates should have 1–3+ years of cybersecurity experience, strong skills in log analysis and cloud security, and familiarity with GRC platforms. Security+ or CCSP are preferred. Hybrid work with three days onsite (Tue–Thu) in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with frameworks like NYDFS 500, NIST CSF and CIS; collect evidence and validate controls.
• Coordinate with Security Engineers, Legal and third-party assessors; maintain governance docs.
• Ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
