Charter Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking an IT Security Supervisor to lead the cybersecurity program across hybrid environments in Mequon, WI. The role oversees security operations, incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management while coordinating with MSSPs and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong communication, and project management skills, with readiness to travel and be on-call for a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related field.
• Five years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with security monitoring, SIEM, EDR and vulnerability management.
• Experience coordinating with MSSPs/MDR providers and service delivery.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Charter Manufacturing’s cybersecurity program.
• Supervise cybersecurity personnel and service partners.
• Coordinate security monitoring, threat detection and incident response.
• Oversee vulnerability management and risk remediation initiatives.
• Develop metrics and report on security operations and performance.
• Support governance with standards, procedures and controls.
