Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Security & Compliance Analyst to support the Case Management Modernization program for AO Courts.

The role focuses on data governance, privacy, retention, classification, and security across the data platform and analytics capabilities. The analyst will ensure compliance during releases, perform 24/7 monitoring, and develop and implement security policies while coordinating with stakeholders in a complex federal program.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5+ years of experience in information systems providing enterprise cybersecurity through policy, architecture, and training processes.
• Experience developing plans to safeguard sensitive data.
• Experience with Agile teams and SAFe, security assessments, and vulnerability audits.
• Experience with cloud-based security issues (1–2+ years).
• Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Splunk (1–2+ years).
• Experience with incident response and forensics (1–2+ years).
• Knowledge of data privacy, retention, and classification in regulated environments.
• Experience with SQL and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of systems, programs, and planning activities across the CMM environment.
• Research and analyze options to develop relationships and solutions.
• Analyze information assurance problems and provide engineering support.
• Design and implement solutions that meet network security requirements.
• Perform vulnerability and risk analyses across the SDLC.
• Establish security requirements based on policy and resource demands.
• Support customers in development and implementation of security policies.
• Provide 24/7 monitoring and escalate critical issues within 30 minutes.
• Prepare monthly incident and problem management reports.
• Monitor data privacy, retention, and classification rules and data sharing agreements.
• Support ATO documentation and artifacts for packages.
• Monitor performance scans and logs to report vulnerabilities.
• Investigate security incidents using SIEM tools.
• Stay aware of emerging threats to inform monitoring and response.
