Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Privacy & Data Sharing Specialist to support the Case Management Modernization program for the AO Courts.

You will define data privacy, classification, retention, and sharing policies across the data platform, ensuring sensitive data is protected and shared only under proper controls. Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5+ years of experience in information systems providing enterprise cybersecurity through policy, architecture, and training processes.
• Experience developing plans to safeguard sensitive data against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
• Experience working with Agile teams and SAFe, responding to security assessments, and providing oversight of vulnerability audits and assessments.
• Experience developing, negotiating, and administering data sharing agreements, MOUs, or ISAs with external partners or agencies.
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and validation.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of systems, programs, and planning activities related to data privacy and data sharing across the CMM program.
• Perform research in support of privacy policies, procedures, and other technical documentation, and support analysis of data governance and data-sharing programs.
• Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions that meet data privacy and data-sharing requirements.
• Perform privacy risk analyses (e.g., PIAs) of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Draft, review, and administer data sharing agreements, MOUs, and ISAs with external agencies and partners.
