DK Security, Inc. is seeking a Command Center Operator on the 2nd shift to provide 24/7 support to management, supervisors and field staff. You will operate a multi‑line switchboard, process payroll and background checks, and deliver outstanding customer service to clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, impeccable grooming, and strong communication skills. This role offers full and part‑time options with weekend availability and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients, customers, coworkers, etc.
• Ability to multi-task multiple duties while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Maintain professional image and grooming standards.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for dispatch, payroll, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and assistance to callers regarding emergencies and security needs.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non‑emergency responses.
• Process background screenings and payroll companywide.
• Monitor and operate security equipment and access control devices.
• Prepare reports and incident logs; maintain records and files.
• Support security and event staff with scheduling and payroll tasks.
• Maintain daily activity documentation and follow site post guidelines.
