Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst in Arlington, VA to deliver frontline IT support for classified and unclassified systems. Responsibilities include initial diagnostics, password services, account management, and remote help desk support across multiple networks.

Required qualifications include an Associate degree or 2+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in the field, and DoD IAT Level II certification with DoD Top Clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years relevant experience is required.
• Three or more years of relevant IT experience are required.
• DoD IAT Level II Certification is required.
• DoD Top Clearance (Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred) is required.
• Background and drug screening must be successfully passed.
• Strong understanding of security principles in computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide first-level IT support; diagnose issues and manage passwords.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Record incident details in a ticketing system for tracking purposes.
• Escalate issues to Tier 3 support with clear documentation.
• Maintain SLAs and help drive continuous process improvements.
