Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, Inc. seeks a Task Order Project Manager to lead a federal IT modernization, sustainment, and cybersecurity program for the Defense Logistics Agency.

You will oversee schedules, personnel, risks, and deliverables while coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring program outcomes meet contractual standards. The role requires PMP or equivalent certification, Scrum Master certification, and DoD 8140 baseline certification, with favorable Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information technology experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience managing federal IT programs involving modernization, sustainment, or related services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating complex schedules and deliverables.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master and managing Agile development activities.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for planning, backlogs, dashboards, reporting.
• Experience developing project plans, managing risks, and preparing customer-facing progress reports.
• PMP or other qualifying Project Management certification; Scrum Master certification.
• DoD 8140 baseline certification applicable to the IT Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage federal IT modernization, sustainment, and cybersecurity support activities.
• Oversee schedules, personnel, technical performance, deliverables, and risks.
• Serve as Scrum Master; facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint events.
• Manage Jira-based planning, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architects, developers, cybersecurity, and engineers.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, roadmaps, POA&M, and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with contractual requirements and service levels.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and staffing to ensure continuity.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and status updates to government stakeholders.
