Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to lead a federal IT modernization and sustainment program for the DLA. You will oversee execution, schedules, personnel, and risk while coordinating closely with government stakeholders to meet contractual requirements and performance standards.

The role requires PMP or equivalent certification, Scrum Master certification, and DoD 8140 baseline certs, plus a Secret Clearance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five years of information technology experience.
• Experience managing federal IT programs including modernization, sustainment, or related services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating complex schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master and managing Agile software development activities.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for planning, backlog management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience developing project plans, managing program risks, and preparing customer-facing progress reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification; Scrum Master certification; DoD 8140 baseline certification.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Secret Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the overall execution of federal IT modernization, sustainment, and cybersecurity support.
• Oversee project schedules, personnel assignments, technical performance, contractual deliverables, and risks.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Manage Jira-based planning, user stories, product backlogs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of software architects, developers, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and support staff.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, modernization roadmaps, and POA&Ms.
• Monitor compliance with contractual performance requirements and service availability standards.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, training, and coverage to ensure continuity.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and status updates for government stakeholders.
