Job summary

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to lead a federal IT modernization and sustainment program for the Defense Logistics Agency. The role involves overseeing schedules, personnel, deliverables, risks, and communications, while coordinating with government stakeholders and applying Agile and DevSecOps practices.

The position requires PMP or equivalent certification, Scrum Master, and DoD 8140 baseline credentials, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Five+ years of IT experience in federal programs.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex schedules.
Proficiency with Jira for planning, backlog management and reporting.
Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Oversee program execution, personnel, schedules, deliverables, risks, and customer communications.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile events and sprint activities.
Coordinate Jira-based project planning, user stories, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, developers, cybersecurity professionals, and engineers.
Develop and maintain project management plans, roadmaps, schedules, and POA&Ms.
Monitor sustainment and modernization activities to meet performance requirements.
Prepare monthly progress reports, technical status updates, and customer-facing deliverables.
