Job summary

This leadership role demands coordinating with government stakeholders and ensuring performance standards are met. The position requires PMP or equivalent certification, Scrum Master, and DoD 8140 baseline credentials,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex programs.
• Experience with Agile software development and Scrum ceremonies.
• Proficient in Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal IT application modernization, sustainment, and cybersecurity activities.
• Oversee schedules, personnel, deliverables, and risks, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers, and cybersecurity professionals.
• Develop/manage project plans, roadmaps, and POA&M; monitor performance against SLAs.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and coordinate with government stakeholders.
