Job summary

RTX Space & Airborne Center in El Segundo, CA seeks a Systems Engineer to join an onsite team that integrates hardware and software, develops test plans, and verifies system requirements for final customer sell-off. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure reliability and first-time correctness.

The role emphasizes MR/MBSE approaches and agile development with opportunities to support radar mode verification, testing, and field deployment across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
• Experience with tools such as MATLAB or Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics using common test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support Radar Mode requirement verification, engineering testing, integration and flight-testing across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate across disciplines to implement solutions and ensure system readiness.
• Perform functional/physical analysis, allocations and trade studies; maintain design data and engineering databases.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering IPTLs and participate in team meetings.
