Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Sr. Principal Modeling & Simulation Systems Engineer (level 4) to support the Sentinel program in Roy, UT.

The role focuses on integrating across AVE MS&A teams, coordinating analyses with Flight Analysis, Targeting, Structures, and Aero/Fluids, and driving cross- IPT collaboration to achieve results. Required are a STEM degree with extensive related experience, MATLAB/Python/C++, and a current US DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with extensive related experience.
• 1 year of mechanical/aerospace product development experience.
• 1 year of experience with MATLAB, Python, C++, or similar.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance; knowledge of Systems Engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and technical efforts across the MS&A department.
• Coordinate analysis across Flight Analysis, Targeting, Structures, and Aero/Fluids.
• Lead cross- IPT coordination within AVE and broader SE&I organization.
