Job summary

STI-TEC, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountability Analyst / Specialist to support processing, physical distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard.

The role focuses on monitoring property records, analyzing LIS data, and identifying discrepancies to improve accountability. Responsibilities include corrective action recommendations, report preparation, PAER development, and reconciling records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience.
• Analytical property-accountability capability.
• Knowledge of AR 710-2/DA PAM 710-2-1 and applicable LIS processes.
• Tier 1 Investigation basic requirement.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze property records to identify discrepancies across units.
• Evaluate LIS data, inventory results, and histories to identify problem areas.
• Provide written recommendations for corrective actions.
• Consolidate findings into a formal report.
• Prepare PAER.
• Reconcile transactions and records.
